B.Theseconddrawing:Theunpaidbalance(I.E.thefinalinvoicevalueminusthefirstdrawingamount)willbepayableagainstthefollowingdocumentswhichmustbepresentedwithin40daysaftershipmentdatebutanywaywithinthevalidityofthecredit.Inanyevent,thetotalclaimedamountforthefirstdrawingplustheseconddrawingmustnotexceedthetotalcreditamount.
